What this website collects, and why.
Who this website is for
This website is intended for adults arranging programs and events. Seoul & Wonder does not knowingly request personal information directly from children through this website.
What the booking form collects
When you submit a booking request or contact message, this website collects the information you type into the form: your organization name, your name and role, your email address and phone number, your event location, dates, audience size and age range, venue details, and any notes you choose to add.
Why it is collected
The information is used to respond to your inquiry, check availability, recommend a program, and coordinate a potential event. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
Please do not send student information
Do not submit confidential student information through this website. Seoul & Wonder does not need children's names, records, photographs or personal details in order to review a booking request. If your organization needs to exchange student-level information for any reason, handle that through your own approved channels rather than this form.
How the form works
Form submissions are processed by the service that hosts this website and delivered to Seoul & Wonder. Standard technical information, such as the time of submission, is recorded as part of delivering the message.
Booking inquiry information may also be securely transferred to Seoul & Wonder's internal business systems, including its booking and customer relationship management records, for scheduling, follow up, quoting and event coordination. This information is not sold.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is kept while it is useful for responding to you and coordinating events, and removed when it is no longer needed.
