Questions organizations ask
Practical answers for the person doing the scheduling. Anything missing? Ask us directly.
What ages are Seoul & Wonder programs designed for?
Imagine Anywhere! Live is for Kindergarten through Grade 5. Imagine Anywhere! Early Learners is for ages 3 to 5 — preschool and Pre-K only. If your audience spans a wide age range, send the grade levels with your request and we will recommend a fit or a split schedule.
How long are the programs?
Imagine Anywhere! Live runs approximately 45 minutes. Imagine Anywhere! Early Learners runs approximately 20 minutes.
Actual runtime may vary slightly based on audience participation.
How much does a program cost?
One performance of Imagine Anywhere! Live is $1,250. One performance of Imagine Anywhere! Early Learners is $650. A 30-minute Character Appearance is $375.
Multi-performance and package options are available. Standard pricing includes local travel. Additional travel charges may apply based on event location, and any applicable travel charge will be included in your quote before you confirm your booking.
How do we request a booking?
Use the booking form. It collects your organization, audience, venue, location and preferred dates so the first reply can be useful rather than a list of questions.
What happens after we submit an inquiry?
Seoul & Wonder reviews your event needs, availability and program fit, then follows up with next steps. We typically respond to booking inquiries within two business days. Submitting a request does not hold or guarantee a date.
Can Kindergarten or elementary groups book Early Learners?
No. Early Learners is designed specifically for preschool and Pre-K audiences ages 3 to 5. Kindergarten through Grade 5 audiences are served through Imagine Anywhere! Live, which is built for that age group.
Is Imagine Anywhere! a puppet show?
It is an interactive puppet show with live performance built in. Imagine Anywhere! Live combines puppetry, live performance, sound and audience participation, and Early Learners is an interactive puppet experience for ages 3 to 5. In both, children meet original Seoul & Wonder characters and help guide what happens.
Do you offer character appearances?
Yes. A 30-minute Character Appearance is $375 and includes character interaction, photos and meet-and-greet time. Appearances can stand alone or be added to a live program.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. Packages are available for organizations planning multiple performances, character experiences or school-year programming. Send your plans with a booking request and we will put a combination together.
Can we request multiple performances in one day?
Often yes. Many schools split their student body into two age-appropriate audiences. Include grade ranges and attendance numbers and we will propose a schedule.
Where does Seoul & Wonder travel?
We serve organizations throughout Philadelphia and its suburbs, South and Central New Jersey, Delaware, Baltimore, Washington DC and the greater DMV region. Travel to surrounding areas may also be available — if you are not sure, ask.
Standard pricing includes local travel. Additional travel charges may apply based on event location. Any applicable travel charge will be included in your quote before you confirm your booking.
How far in advance should we inquire?
Earlier is easier, especially for summer reading kickoffs, school-break weeks and end-of-year events. If your date is coming up soon, send the request anyway. We typically respond to booking inquiries within two business days and will let you know whether the date and program may be a fit.
Can Seoul & Wonder perform at libraries?
Yes. Library program rooms, story rooms and meeting rooms are a natural fit, and both programs are built to work without a stage.
Can Seoul & Wonder visit preschools or daycares?
Yes. Imagine Anywhere! Early Learners was created specifically for preschool, Pre-K, daycare and early learning audiences ages 3 to 5.
How much space is needed?
Most school, library and community rooms work. We confirm the performance area and any power needs with you before the event, once we know which room you are using.
Does the program require a stage?
No. A stage is welcome but never required.
Can the program be performed in a multipurpose room?
Yes. Gyms, cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, classrooms and library program rooms are all typical venues.
How much setup time do you need?
Setup and pack-out timing is confirmed with you when we review your event, so it fits your bell schedule or program schedule rather than working against it.
