Questions organizations ask
Practical answers for the person doing the scheduling. Anything missing? Ask us directly.
What ages are Seoul & Wonder programs designed for?
Imagine Anywhere! is designed primarily for elementary aged audiences. The Early Learners Experience is built for preschool and early childhood groups. If your audience spans a wide age range, tell us the grade levels in your booking request and we will recommend a fit or a split schedule.
How long are the programs?
Imagine Anywhere! runs about 35 minutes. The Early Learners Experience runs about 20 minutes. Add roughly 45 minutes before for setup and 30 minutes after for pack-out.
Where does Seoul & Wonder travel?
We serve organizations throughout Philadelphia and its suburbs, South and Central New Jersey, Delaware, Baltimore, Washington DC and the greater DMV region, plus many locations in between. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask.
Can Seoul & Wonder perform at libraries?
Yes. Library program rooms, story rooms and meeting rooms are a natural fit, and both programs are sized to work without a stage.
Can Seoul & Wonder visit preschools or daycares?
Yes. The Early Learners Experience was built specifically for preschool, daycare and early learning audiences.
How much space is needed?
For Imagine Anywhere!, a clear area roughly 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep, plus seating space for your audience. For the Early Learners Experience, a carpet or open floor area where children can sit together is enough. Both programs need access to a standard electrical outlet.
Does the program require a stage?
No. A stage is welcome but never required. The programs are designed to travel and to work at floor level.
Can the program be performed in a multipurpose room?
Yes. Gyms, cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, classrooms and library program rooms are all typical venues.
How far in advance should we inquire?
Earlier is easier, especially for popular dates such as summer reading kickoffs, school break weeks and end-of-year events. If your date is soon, send the request anyway and we will tell you quickly whether it is possible.
Can we request multiple performances in one day?
Often yes. Many schools split their student body into two age-appropriate audiences. Include the grade ranges and attendance numbers in your request and we will propose a schedule.
How much does a program cost?
[TODO: ADD PRICING] Pricing has not been finalized. Quotes are provided in response to a booking request.
How do we request a booking?
Use the booking request form. It asks for your organization, audience, venue, location and preferred dates so that the first reply can be useful rather than a list of questions.
What happens after we submit an inquiry?
Seoul & Wonder reviews your event needs, availability and program fit, then follows up with next steps. Submitting a request does not hold or guarantee a date.
What about insurance, clearances and vendor paperwork?
[TODO: CONFIRM INSURANCE, CLEARANCE AND VENDOR DOCUMENTATION LANGUAGE] Do not publish claims here until the documentation is in hand.
